Irene Tamási has a law and economics degree. Her interest for baking started in her childhood and through the years slowly become a passion of hers.

She became a professional, when she officially entered the wonderful world of cakes and chocolates in 2013, giving up her decades-long work as a clerk, gaining a confectionery qualification as a pastry chef.

​

In this new world, which opened up to her over time, step-by-step, she began to develop her skills in cake decorations, various sugar-wafer-chocolate flowers, candy and artisan chocolate making what caught her the most.

​

Devoting a lot of time and energy to expanding her knowledge, she was able to continuously develop professionally. As a result, she now hold courses in Hungary and internationally for those who are interested in this field.
