Isabel Tamargo, is a Spanish Sculptor, Cake Designer & Teacher.

Passionated by cinema and arts and dreaming about being a scriptwriter, she studied Cinema & Media, Psychology and a grade 8 piano certificate, but by a quirk of fate, she discovered creative pastry in 2013. After a few months of self-taught improvement, she created her own brand "Tartas Imposibles" and started giving classes, firsty in Spain and then internationally in countries like France, UK, Germany, Portugal, India, Croatia, Serbia, Costa Rica, Chile or Peru, offering edible busts, gravity cakes, realistic master classes to more than 700 students, being the first artist in Spain using and teaching modelling chocolate in his pieces.

She is a motivational speaker as well, who hosted and organized the first opened massive collaborations, giving the opportunity to new sugar artists to show their talents. Some of her known collaborations like "Sweet Summer" and "Cakeflix" were nominated for Best Collaborations of the year in Cake Masters Awards 2017 and 2018. Others like "Bakers united to fight" or "Sweet Impressions" in which she was part of the hosting team, raised more than 8000€ in charity. No less important matter have been beautiful collaborations like "Animal Rights", "Sweet Valentine" or "Love is..."

From 2017 until 2019, she won the Golden Tier Cake People's Choice award in New York and was nominated as best Novelty Cake and Best Sculptor in Cake Masters Awards 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
