My name is Judit Koczka. I'm originally a fashion designer, designer and photographer.  I have worked in the wedding business as a dress, wedding dress designer and event organizer for 30 years.

Over the years, I organized and directed several regional wedding exhibitions at the Kaposvári Tavaszi Exhibition and Fair.

​

My "cake carrier"started about 7 years ago, when I  started decorating cupcakes with unique style.

This hobby soon enough became a passion, and I started to train myself.

​

I begin to purchased online courses, and later, I took private classes in Budapest, Paris, Istanbul and in America. In the meanwhile I challenged myself by entering into national and international competitions, such as The International Cake Designer Competition, World Championship            qualifying contest or the Cake de la Cake International Cake Design Championship and Cake International.

​

My forte is chocolate and sugar decorative artistry. In my hometown, I was the very first host of The Hungarian Sugar Manufactory.

​

In 2019, I gained a pastry chef qualifications and from that point I am working as a pastry chef at my business. I stayed in the wedding world and I design wedding cakes and dessert tables.

​

For Sylvia Elba's request, I gladly and immediately said yes to the invitation to be part of The Cake de la Cake organizer team.
