Rhu is the founder of Cake Minds, heading a network of teachers to teach regular monthly modelling sugarcraft classes and creating local networks in the sugarcraft community,
supporting and mentoring her team of sugarcraft teachers around the globe.

Rhu is also a Cake International judge and demonstrator, and has traveled internationally to judge at various cake shows and teach at a number or venues, around the world, a coach for
FIP in 2017; written regular tutorials for Cake Decoration and Sugarcraft magazine, SugarEd Productions, tutor for Paul Bradford and Pretty Witty Cakes.

One of the UK's Top Ten Cake Artists 2017, Rhu has won Best in Show at Cake International in London 2015, seven Golds, two first in class and nominated as one of the top four in the Modelling Excellence category in the Cake Masters Awards 2014. Her students have won Best in Show twice at Cake International too.
