Val Seitz is a sugar artist based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Originally from former Yugoslavia, Val love for flowers was given to her by her grandmother.

When she started with cakes, 2014, it was quickly clear, what her passion would be: Flowers.

 

Since then Val is creating realistic flowers and also teaching students her techniques in the whole world.

But, she still has time to make a cake for family and friends as well.

​

In 2018, together with her fiance Isabel Tamargo, she also hosted "Love is", a collaboration all about love. In the same year Val won 3rd place at the big Global Sugar Artist "Edible Art Splash Web Contest 2018", with her "golden" roses and became a Magic Colours Champion as well.

And she is one of the ambassadors of brand new " Stand It Cake Boards" by Sophia Fox.

As a trainee judge at Cake International in Birmingham in 2018, she also had the chance to get in touch with flowers from another perspective - not as a contestant, but as a judge, which helped Val with her own development.

 

Cause that's her motto: "Never stop practicing, growing and getting better and better!".
