Cake decorating has been my passion for over 20 years.
I have City & Guilds Qualifications in Sugar Corsage, Pastillage and Fantasy Flowers and Level 1 and 2 NCFE Creative Craft qualifications.

I run my own Cake Business, Fun n Funky Cakes – based in Essex, and I have been a tutor at New City College since 2014.

 

I teach the NCFE Creative Craft Level 1 and 2 qualifications – which includes royal icing, sugarpaste, pastillage, models and flowers.

I’ve demonstrated cake carving at the Cake and Bake Show and I was one of the creators of the “Weddible Dress” and the ” Jungle Book” exhibits.

I began entering Cake International competitions in 2013 and stopped competing when I had the honour of judging in 2016.

 

I’m constantly astounded the standard of the entries. The competitors do not make it an easy job!

She was nominated as one of the top four in the Best Show Piece category with her Weddible dress exhibit in the Cake Masters Awards 2016.
